Our minimum price for the 2023 season starts at $45.00 for residential mowing. For commercial landscape management, we build an estimate around the needs of the property we are providing services to.

Our starting price for residential properties, allows us to provide our clients the best quality service and afford us the time and resources to best do our jobs and fulfill our promise to provide quality service.

When we get asked to do a Property Cleanup, this is the same service a Spring Cleanup or a Fall Cleanup would be. We do them all 4 seasons, year around.

We remove leaves, debris, sticks, twigs, branches, even junk that has been accumulating outside! If weather conditions permit, we will also include a courtesy mow once we are done removing the yard waste. Our Property Cleanup service is billed with a 2-hour minimum. All property cleanups start at $185 and that covers the first two hours for the job. Each additional hour after that is billed at $85/ Hourly.

The reason we bill property cleanups the way we do, is because we can only do so many property cleanups in a day, and we have to schedule them accordingly. In the past, we have lost out on earnings because we work fast, efficiently, and have great equipment that helps us do the job quicker. We have also discovered that billing is simplified if we account for the actual time on the job with the personnel on the job.

Absolutely. Boise River Lawns is proud to offer discounts to members of the Armed Forces (Active, Guard and Reserve), including retirees and disabled veterans. We thank you for your service and are pleased to offer our services at 10% off labor price. While we wish we could do more, we at least want to give back to those who give so much to us.

Additionally, we offer the same discounts to Law Enforcement, Fire Department personnel, EMS & Healthcare workers. Your dedication and service to our communities is greatly appreciated by all of us at Boise River Lawns.

Unfortunately, not beyond any qualifying discounts, you might be eligible for. Our company schedules each project and we have to account for each stop at a certain profit margin.

We are confident that each service is worth the listed price. We also have to take into account that we have overhead for every single stop, for every single minute of the working day and every minute an employee is on the clock.

We do offer a small discount to qualifying households and businesses.

History behind the question: Boise River Lawns did a Spring Cleanup on a home in Eagle, ID in April 2021, and since Boise River Lawns started formally advertising in 2021, we offered Spring Cleanups at $60 to get our name out there and a portfolio of pictures. We did an incredible job on this property, on the property for almost 4 hours, and the homeowner only spent $60. This was our last stop for the day and we drove back to Caldwell, where we reside. We weren’t home for even 10 minutes and the homeowner calls Lexi and starts using profanity, stating that we better get back out there and clean up the mess we left. Confused by this call, Kameron drove all the way back out to Eagle from Caldwell. Kameron called her personally while he was on the way and listened to her complaint, but she refused to tell him the issue on the phone and demanded his return to Eagle to fix the issue or refund her the $60. Upon arrival, it was revealed that Justin missed three (3) leaves on the lawn. 3 leaves. Kameron took a picture of the three leaves, picked up the three leaves by hand, and terminated the business relationship with the client immediately after. We now have documentation and terms of service that prevent this from ever happening again.

Our response to future clients: We apologize for any missed messes or leaves. At times, our human elements show and we might not notice or catch all of them. We do our best to clean up everything we see while we are on the property conducting service or maintenance. We do our due diligence to find everything. We will never guarantee that we will pick up 100% of every piece of debris or refuse (every cut piece of grass, every single leaf, every single weed on the property, etc.). Not even the nicest resorts in the world will have that level of meticulous service.

Some important things to keep in mind:

• Our lawn mowing service no longer has multiple packages. The mowing maintenance plan’s terms and conditions state that the residential mowing covers the grass, we no longer offer planter maintenance or pet waste removal at the time of the stop. We will mow, trim, edge, then use a leafblower to surface areas. If you have additional weeds or leaves in the planter, there is an additional fee to pick out the debris on the property. Please ensure that is properly listed on your account if you want to request service.
• There have been people in the past, who have complained about this before, when we 100% for a fact, removed all leaves and weeds from the planters and the yard. We live in the Treasure Valley, which gets decent wind, so acts of god are out of our control.
• The Residential Premier services work best for households that have the need for additional assistance beyond weekly lawn mowing. In 2021, we offered two maintenance plans, one of them included many residential premier services. You wouldn’t believe how many people complained and nitpicked us, even when we didn’t deserve it. We ended the Residential Premier maintenance plan due to people nitpicking. If you were a residential premier client last year, we apologize for the inconvenience.
• If your household is subscribed to the Residential Mowing and there is dog poop on the property, we will not be able to perform services on our visit.

Boise River Lawns started with residential and commercial mowing in 2021. Since then, we have expanded our service offerings which cover the things we love most. Building dreams in people’s back yards. A spacious composite deck, a new wooden fence and a water feature that brings paradise to your property, encompass what we love.

We are happy to offer select landscape services to clients who own vacation homes, or residents of the McCall-Donnelly area, as well as the Ketchum-Sun Valley area. Due to travel distance, logistics and overhead expense, our minimums to accept work in those areas are jobs that start at $15,000. The estimate will also account for lodging, drive time and expense, likely bringing the project bid around $20,000. The cost of landscape services in the Treasure Valley that we do are comparable in price, but we don’t have to factor in the traveling expenses and logistics when we are headquartered in the area we do 95% of our work.

Please note that we don’t offer landscape management services in the McCall-Donnelly area or the Ketchum-Sun Valley area. We only offer select landscape services, which include;
