GENERAL QUESTIONS

What is the meaning behind your name?

The name was more of a tribute to our local area. We are local to the Treasure Valley, a part of the Boise, Idaho metroplex. The Boise River in particular is 102 miles in length, supporting our infrastructure, ecosystems, recreation and quality of life. We chose Boise River Lawns, so it would be easy to distinguish where our roots come from.

What kind of discounts do you offer?

Boise River Lawns is proud to offer discounts to all members of the armed forces (Active, Guard & Reserve), along with veterans & retirees. We also offer discounts to:

  • Law Enforcement
  • Fire
  • EMS
  • Healthcare Workers

Please note that it is your responsibility to ask for discounts. Please do not assume we know your background. Discounts are only offered to homeowners and those directly responsible for paying for the service.

Why should I hire Boise River Lawns over an industry competitor?

Ultimately, we want to earn your business and build a relationship on trust and respect. Boise River Lawns is locally owned and operated. We are not another large-name corporation. While we respect our industry competition, Boise River Lawns entered the industry to offer our services at a more competitive price, with the best value and experience of the homeowner in mind. Our owners started this company with a full commitment to every homeowner’s vision and we pride ourselves in the homeowner’s experience with us.

SERVICE AREA

What if I am out of your primary service area?

Boise River Lawns does work out of our service area all the time! However, we do charge more for our services due to extended drive time.

Why do you charge extra to do services outside of your service area?

We have to cover the cost of travel, employee hourly time and account for fewer employees in the shop or out in the field working. While it is not ideal, it is necessary for us to be able to provide our services to those who do not live in our immediate service area. Thank you for understanding.
